We will offer a refund or replacement for damaged or faulty items as per Australian consumer law, but not for change of mind except in exceptional circumstances. We encourage you to ask any questions about a product first. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. 

If you would like to return, exchange or request a refund for an item, please contact us at hello@rosemaryandclay.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and we will help facilitate this. The cost of returning an item is at the buyers expense.

Please provide:

  • The order number
  • Details of the product you would like to be returned
  • A reason behind the return (please provide photos or other evidence if the item is damaged or there is a fault)
  • For non-damaged items, please request an outcome (refund, or exchange. please note: we may not be able to fulfil the requested outcome - we will let you know of your options via email. 

We will be in contact with you about the return and your options. If your return is accepted by us, we will send you instructions on how to return the item to us.

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will fulfil the outcome discussed and decided upon via email (refund, exchange or replacement item). If there are issues that arise after we receive the return we will contact via the email you provide us.

Note: Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.


Non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on gift cards.
